This reflects how ready a customer is to take action. It's based on their behaviour and actions. So, what they've done, not just what they've looked at. This helps you tailor your approach and understand where a customer is in their journey.
The three signals of intent are:
Buyer Preferences
This reflects your customers' interests and shows what they're looking for.
They include preferences for:
- Make and model
- Fuel type, transmission and body style
- Mileage and age range
Where will I see them?
You'll find them on all types of deals in Portal once you're using Deal Builder.
If you manage your adverts via Autotrader Connect, you'll be able to see them in your own system once your tech partner has integrated them. It's best to speak to your tech partner on this.
