- In Portal, select 'Stock' in the top left, then 'Stock & ads'
- Select a vehicle from your stocklist
- At the bottom of the page, select the 'Request review' button. This will open a pop-up.
- The pop-up form is used to request a single review. To request multiple reviews in one go, select the option at the top for 'Bulk Review Request'
- On the next page, select 'Download CSV template'. This will download a spreadsheet file to your computer.
- Open the file on your computer
- Fill out the template with each person's:
- FIRST_NAME
- LAST_NAME
- VRM (optional)
- The bulk upload will fail:
- If you add any extra columns or data other than those listed above
- If there is whitespace (where the space bar has been pressed an extra time, creating a whitespace at the end of the word) within the cells. For example, 'FIRST_NAME ', 'LAST_NAME '
- Save the file on your computer
- Then select 'upload CSV' to send us the saved file
- The reviews will go into a queue to be processed
It takes a bit of time between requesting the reviews and them appearing in the reviews portal. For larger requests, this can take longer to show.
