What is Sales Hub?
Sales Hub is your Lead Management system within Portal. If you have our Deal Builder product as part of your package, you'll find all your leads and deals in one place.
How do I get to Sales Hub?
- Open Portal
- Select the 'Sales Hub' section in the top left between 'Stock' and 'Analytics'
- You'll be able to see the number of leads or deals you have and their statuses at the top
- Underneath that, you'll be able to search for and filter your leads or deals
Statuses
Statuses help understand where a lead or deal is up to. You can also filter on the status. Sometimes the status may change automatically. For example, when you view a 'New' lead, it will change to 'In progress'.
'Action needed', 'Completed' and 'Cancelled' can be set by you selecting the status in the lead detail view.

Action needed such as:

| In progress | Leads or deals that are ongoing and haven't been marked as completed or cancelled |
| Completed | Leads or deals that have been marked as complete |
| Cancelled | Leads or deals that have been cancelled by you or the customer |
Filtering
You can filter your leads or deals by:
- Used or new vehicles
- The vehicle category. For example, cars or vans.
- The type of lead. For example, email or call.
- The status
- The date you got it. For example, today, yesterday or this month.
- For Deal Builder customers, whether the deal has a part exchange or finance included
Sorting
You can sort your leads or deals using the dropdown on the right-hand side by:
- Newest
- Completed
- Cancelled
- Received
Searching
You can search for a lead or deal with:
- The customer's email address
- The customer's name
- The vehicle registration
Add the information to the search box and then wait a moment. When you stop typing, the results will automatically load.
Group aware
If you're part of a group, Sales Hub is 'group aware'. So, as long as Retailer Divisions are set up, you'll be able to switch between the sites within Sales Hub.
