What is Sales Hub?
Sales Hub is your Lead Management system in Portal.
How do I get to Sales Hub?
- Open Portal
- Select the 'Sales Hub' section in the top left between 'Stock' and 'Analytics'
- See your deal and lead totals with their statuses at the top
- Search and filter your leads or deals in the section below
Statuses
Statuses track where each customer enquiry is up to and be used as filters. Some statuses update automatically. For example, viewing a 'New' deal, lead or connection changes it to 'In progress'.
You can set 'Action needed', 'Completed' and 'Cancelled' in the lead detail view.

Filtering
You can filter your leads or deals by:

Buying Signals
Buying Signals are only shown on deals if you use Deal Builder.

Sorting
Use the dropdown on the right-hand side to sort by:
- Newest
- Completed
- Cancelled
- Received
Searching
Search by:
- The customer's email address
- The customer's name
- The vehicle registration
The results will automatically load as you type.
Group aware
If you're part of a group, Sales Hub is 'group aware'. So, if Retailer Divisions are set up, you'll be able to switch between the sites within Sales Hub.
