If you feel a review of your business is false or spam, you can request for it to be re-moderated in the Feefo Hub:
- Select the review you'd like to challenge in the Feefo Hub
- Select 'More Actions' in the top right, then 'Flag for moderation'
- You'll be asked to add more information for why you'd like it moderated
- When you've added the extra info, select the 'Request moderation for selected' button
- The review will show as 'pending moderation'
- Once it's been reviewed, you'll get an email to let you know about the outcome
