How do I set up a 'Price commentary' template across multiple sites?

To set up a price commentary template across multiple sites:

1. Log in to Portal
2. Select 'Account' in the top right-hand corner
3. Select 'Business management', then 'Price commentary' from the dropdown menu
4. Select 'Create a template'
5. Add your template text and select the relevant option from the 'Make' and 'OEM approved' dropdowns. You can leave these blank if you want to use this template across all used cars.
6. Then select the applicable sites. You can do this in three ways:
   • Selecting a division from the dropdown
   • Selecting individual sites by using the + button on the left-hand side. You can use the search field to find the sites you're looking for.
   • Selecting the 'Add all' button
7. Once you're happy, select 'Create template' at the bottom of the page
