Unless you make a change, you'll be automatically set to accept both cars and vans. You have to have at least one vehicle type selected.
- Log into Portal
- Select 'Account'
- Then 'Products'
- Then 'Digital retailing'
- Under the 'Part exchange' section, tick the relevant box to set the vehicle types you can accept
- Don't forget to select 'save' if you've made a change
If you choose to not accept a vehicle type, don't worry. We'll show a message to the customer when they try to do a part exchange to let them know.
