For everyone else, please see below on how to use the Moves platform:
Log in to Portal
Head to the yellow start button in the right-hand corner
Fill in the details of the vehicle you want to move
Select 'Move this vehicle'

You'll be given an 8-step form to fill in:
Step one: Add more information about the vehicle. Most of this information will already be filled in, but you'll need to add any that's missing. When done, select 'Next'.
Step two: In the 'Collection' section on the left, add the details of who is collecting the vehicle. In the 'Delivery' section on the right, add the details of who the vehicle is being delivered to. When done select 'Next'.
Step three: In the 'Collected time' section on the left, add the details of when the vehicle needs to be collected. In the 'Delivery time' section on the right, add the details of when the vehicle needs to be delivered by. When done, select 'Next'.
Step four: Fill in the transport method and the vehicle's condition. Select 'Next'.
Step five: Add your maximum price for the auction and select 'Next'
Step six: Add your expense allowance and description. For example, having the car washed or for the logistics company to buy new floor mats before delivery. Select 'Next'.
Step seven: Add any references or notes about the vehicle or customer, select 'Next'
Step eight: Confirm all the details of your listing. Make sure you double check all the information.
When you're ready select 'Confirm'
