You can contact your account manager or fill in a form in Portal.
How to complete the form
- Log in to Portal
- Select 'Support' along the top right
- In the 'Have a question box?' select:
- 'Response & Performance' in the 'Please select a category' drop-down
- 'I would like to discuss my business goals' in the 'Please select a question' drop-down
- Fill out all the details about your business and select submit. One of our account managers will get back to you.
