You can contact account support or fill in a form in Portal.
How to complete the form
1. Sign into Portal
2. Head to the 'Support' section in the top right-hand corner of Portal. This will take you to a drop-down menu as a way to contact us and specify your query.
3. Select 'Billing' and 'I would like to set up E-Billing'. You will then be asked to put in your email address, and then you select 'submit'.
