You can contact account support or fill in a form in Portal.
How to complete the form
- Log in to Portal
- Select 'Support' in the top right
- In the 'Have a question box?' select:
- 'Billing' in the 'Select a category' drop-down
- 'I'd like to set up or change my Direct Debit details' in the 'Select a question' drop-down
- Make sure 'Request a call back' is ticked
- Select 'Submit'. One of the team will get in touch to help you change your details safely and quickly.
Good to know: When changing your direct debit details, we need at least 10 working days notice before your next payment.
