You can contact account support or fill in a form in Portal.
How to complete the form
1. Log into Portal
2. Select 'Support' in the top right-hand of your screen on the main Portal page.
3. Use the drop-down menu and select 'Billing' and then 'I'd like to set up or change my Direct Debit details. You can then request a call back where one of our team will get in touch to help you change your details safely and quickly.
Please note: depending on your payment date, please be aware your direct debit details will need to be changed with 2 weeks notice.
