You can contact account support or fill in a form in Portal.
How to complete the form
- Sign in to Portal
- Head to Support in the top right-hand corner
- In the 'Have a question box?' select:
- 'My Account Details' in the 'Please select a category' drop-down
- 'I would like to change my trading address' in the 'Please select a question' drop-down
- Enter your new address under 'New trading address'
- Select 'Submit'
