We advise only completing a deal when you have spoken to the customer and they have confirmed they are happy to move forward with the sale.
1) In Portal, select the required deal. You will then see a 'complete deal' button at the bottom.
2) Once selected, a message will appear to prompt you that completing the sale will mark the vehicle as sold. Please note: We will return the £99 reservation payment to the customer.
3) The vehicle will be moved to your 'sold' stock.
Please note: A customer will have the option to complete their deal by confirming the sale 2 hours after submitting the order. If they complete the order you will be notified in Portal.
