Deal Builder enables dealers to meet the evolving needs of consumers.
With Deal Builder, consumers can choose to complete as much or as little of the buying process online, completing their deal with a reservation. There is the option to add a part exchange, apply for finance and arrange delivery, all in one online journey.
There are two types of deals with Deal Builder:
- Deals with Reservation
- The reservation expires in 30 days if no action is taken
- The deal expires in 90 days if no action is taken
- You can manage the process through Portal
- We refund the cost of the reservation back to the customer. Our payment partner, Stripe, will manage all reservation payments.
- Deals without Reservation
- Do not require pre-payment
- Do not expire
