If you can't fulfil the deal, you should contact the customer to discuss this and then cancel the deal in Portal immediately.
1) Go to 'Sales Hub' in your Portal account
2) Find the correct deal. You can search by vehicle registration or customer name
3) Select 'Cancel deal'
4) Add a message on the pop-up to let your customer know why you need to cancel the deal.
Please Note: This will be sent to the customer in the cancellation email.
6) Select the reason for cancelling from the dropdown section. This information is not sent to the customer
7) Select 'Cancel deal'
8) The advert will go back live
