Your payment may fail due to several reasons:
- Not enough money in your account
- You have attempted payment and this has failed too many times
- Incorrect card information
- You're making a payment outside the UK or with a card that is not UK registered
If the funds show as a pending payment in your account, these will be released back to you within 3-5 days.
If you believe your reason to be different to the above, we would advise you to contact your bank in the first instance.
