Every advert will automatically appear in our search results once it's finished processing.
Adverts can take up to 24 hours to process, but are usually live within an hour.
If your advert is already live, you can try finding it by following the links in the email we sent you or searching for it yourself.
Email links
When your advert went live, we sent you an email with two links in it;
- One to 'View your advert' - this shows you just your advert
- One to 'View your advert in our search results' - this shows your advert with the following filters automatically set:
- 'Seller type' will be set to 'Private sellers'
- 'Distance from you' will be set to 'Within 10 miles'
- 'Sort by' will be set to 'Distance'
Searching yourself
If you want to search for the advert yourself, make sure:
- You're searching in the right vehicle category, for example, 'Cars', 'Vans', 'Bikes'
- You've cleared the search filters by selecting 'Filter and sort' then 'Clear all'
- You set the 'Distance from you' search filter - this automatically sets to national. It's best to narrow this down to find your vehicle.
- You change 'Sort by' to 'Distance' - this will show vehicles closest to your postcode first
- You change 'Seller type' to 'Private sellers'
- You change the 'Make and model' filter to match the make and model of your vehicle
If you've followed the above steps, it's been more than 24 hours and you still can't see your advert, please get in touch
