If you have a monthly contract with us, don't follow this process. Contact your account manager instead.
If you pay for your adverts individually, complete the following steps:
- Go to our contact us page
- At the bottom of the page, select 'email us'
- Select 'I need help'
- Change the dropdown box to 'I would like to delete my account'
- Add your first name, last name and email address - if you're signed in they will automatically be completed from the information stored in your account
- Select 'submit'
Good to know: If you have an advert live with us, make sure you delete it first before doing the above.
