We're sorry you need to make a complaint about an issue with a trade seller on our site.
We first recommend that you contact Citizen's Advice - they will be able to advise you of your consumer rights and the seller’s obligations under the Consumer Rights Act. They will also be able to refer the case to Trading Standards on your behalf.
We want to be aware of any complaints with our sellers. Please contact our Customer Experience team via email: customerexperience@autotrader.co.uk and include:
- Your name
- Vehicle registration
- Seller's business name
- Description of the complaint
