Adverts, or changes to adverts, can take up to 24 hours to process but are usually live within an hour. We’ll send you a text message and email once your advert has gone live.
Your advert time starts when your advert goes live, not when the payment is accepted.
After you've paid, you'll only be able to edit your advert once it has gone live.
If it's been over 24 hours, please get in touch and have your advert ID ready.
Your advert ID is a 9-digit number you can find in your confirmation email or on your advert in your account.
