To change your live advert using our website:
- Make sure you're signed in and select ‘Vehicles you're selling’ in your account
- Click ‘Live Adverts’
- You'll then see your advert and an option to edit, view, delete and view the receipt
- Select ‘edit’ to make the changes you need
- If you need to update your contact info or how you're contacted, select 'update seller contact details' at the bottom of the page.
- Make sure you publish changes once you have finished editing
Good to know:
You can edit your advert:
- Up to 7 days after it's gone live
You can't edit your advert:
- While changes to it are being processed. If you need to edit it again, wait until the changes are live.
- After it's been live for 7 days. This is because we lock the advert to make sure the details reflect the correct vehicle.
