Good to know: This integration works differently to all other AutoConvert lender integrations and you'll need help from the support team to set up:
- Additional custom fields
- Automation
- External actions
Please make sure this has been implemented before using the integration.
How to send an application manually
Select ' send to lender ' in the top right corner of an application.
- A quote will only show once any outstanding criteria have been met
- If a quote can't be shown because it needs more information, a collapsible section will appear next to the name of the lender in the 'Lenders' section of the application
- Selecting the text or the plus symbol on the right-hand side will open a list of links to the missing information
- When you select a link, a window will appear where you can fill in the missing information
- Once the missing information has been filled in, the link will disappear from the list
Sending to lender
- Once an application meets the lender's criteria, you can send it
- CAMCO don't have a quote service, so it's not possible for payments to be displayed before submissions
- The 'Send' button will appear on the left-hand side of the 'Lenders' section, next to the lender's name. Once sent, the button will change to show 'sent'.
- In the Activity feed section of the application overview page, the sent status will display as 'pending verification'.
When the application has been sent to the lender, this will automatically trigger an external action, which will allow the lender to notify the application of the decision outcome.
Lender Decision
The decision outcome is communicated to the application by adding a custom field. This custom field is the lender's status and will always start with Under_Review.
The overall lender send status in the activity feed will not change from pending verification.
A custom field with the CAMCO Reference will be added to the activity feed.
The decision after Under_Review indicates the decision returned by the lender. This will match what is showing on the lender's direct system.
The AutoConvert activity will show the different stages in time order, with the newest activity at the top of the page.
Automation can be set up in your account to act upon the decision returned, e.g communicate the decision to the consumer.
If approved, an approval in the 'approvals' area won't be made automatically. If you want one in the application, you'll need to create it manually by clicking the '+ add' button in the top-right corner of the approvals section.
You can select the lender name in the top right corner and fill out all the relevant fields manually, matching up to the lender's system.
Post Decision Functionality
After the initial decision, there's no further AutoConvert functionality possible with this lender integration.
You should refer to the lender's direct system for further information and ways to progress the application.
You can create and amend approvals and conversions accordingly in the AutoConvert application.
