The price you list for your vehicle will affect the cost of your advertising package. We've broken pricing into different bands, you can see these on the advertising prices page.

Increasing the sale price
Once you've listed your vehicle in a price band and paid for your package, you can't increase the sale price above that price band. You'll get a prompt for this before you pay. For example:
- If you list your vehicle at £500, it falls within the £0 - £999 price band. You'll be able to increase your sale price to £999 but no higher than that.
If you want to increase the sale price after you've paid for your package, you'll need to delete the current advert and list a new one. You'll still be charged in full for your original package.
Decreasing the sale price
You can decrease the sale price of your vehicle at any time and this can be outside of the chosen price band. For example:
- If you list your vehicle at £3,500, it'll fall into the £3,000 - £4,999 price band. You'll be able to decrease the sale price below £3,000.
If you want to decrease the sale price after you've paid for your package, you'll still be charged in full for your original package.
