If you have multiple numbers assigned to your account, tags can be assigned to each number to highlight which number has been called in the Contact Centre pane.
This can help the agents with extra information before taking the call.
- Head to ‘Settings’
- Select ‘Calling’
- Then select ‘Tags
- Select the 'Add' button
- Select a phone number from the dropdown
- Enter a name for the tag - this is shown in the Contact Centre pane
- Enter a description if this is helpful
- Select 'Add' to save
