After a call is completed, users can label it with a wrap code. You can add the wrap codes you'd like to use. These can then be reported on.
- Head to 'Settings'
- Then select 'Calling'
- Then select 'Outcomes'
- Select 'Add'
- Give the wrap code a name
- Select the type (Incoming, outgoing or both)
- Select 'Save'
Editing a wrap code:
- Head to 'Settings'
- Then select 'Calling'
- Then select 'Outcomes'
- Select 'Edit' next to the wrap code you need
- You'll be able to change the 'type' or untick the 'Active' option to no longer use the wrap code
- Select 'Save'
- If you deactivate a wrap code, you'll still be able to view historical reporting
- If you want to turn off wrap codes completely, select the 'Disabled' button at the very top of the screen
