Make sure you're logged into AutoConvert and then you have two ways to make a call:
- Within an application
- From the Contact Centre pane
Within an application
- Find the application you want to make a call for
- You then have two options:

- Select 'More' in top right-hand corner to open the menu. Select 'Call customer's forename'.
- Or select the phone number on the application

- The call will then start
- Once the call is finished, if you have calling outcomes enabled, you'll be asked to select one and add a note if needed
From the Contact Centre pane
- In the top right-hand corner, select the button to maximise the Contact Centre pane. It's a blue circle with a white arrow.
- Select the 'Contact Centre' menu
- Then 'Make a call'
- Select who you want to call

- An agent: A list of all the agents in your account
- A contact: A list of your account's contacts. They'll only show if they have a phone number assigned.
- Or enter a phone number: You'll be able to type the number you want to call

- Select 'Call' to start the call
