Actions triggers give you the ability to set up your own custom buttons which can perform one or more actions. The actions can be any of the actions from the automation section.
Good to know: You need to have the permission ‘Can manage action triggers’ to see this feature. You can find this in the side menu by selecting 'Settings', then 'Account' and then 'Custom Roles'.
- Log into the AutoConvert website
- Head to ‘Settings’
- Select ‘Automation’
- Press ‘Action triggers'
- Add new Action Triggers by selecting the ‘+ Add’ button at the top right
- Make sure you fill out the 'Name', the 'Button text' and the 'Description' (optional)
- Top tip: Name your button text something easy for your agents to remember
- You'll also see a preview at the bottom of how it'll look
When you view an application on AutoConvert, after an action trigger has been added, you’ll see the top-right menu has changed. See example below:
