When the system triggers an automation, you will see an 'i' in the top right corner of the completed action in the activity feed.
If you hover over the 'i' you can see what the automation is called. You can also see this in the bottom row.
The ‘i’ will appear when the system triggers any automated action, these can include:
- Add note
- Sent SMS (text)
- Sub Status Change
- Assigned contact
- Assigned user
- Assigned company
- Assigned team
