Automation lets you complete processes without any manual input.
There are three elements to automation:
- Trigger: An event to kick off the process
- Rules: The criteria that have to be met to let the automation run
- Action: What the automation will do
What is it used for?
Automation can be used for many things, for example:
- Assigning the customer to a user
- Choose and send a personalised SMS and email
- Perform a soft search
- Send to all/some of the lenders on your panel where the customer passes their filters
- Receive the response from the lenders
- Change the status of the application based on the lender’s response
