The appointments feature on AutoConvert allows you to:
- Arrange a visit for a consumer at a specified time and date
- Configure appointment confirmations
- Send reminders to customers
- Give general information such as appointment details and directions
The two-way SMS (text) and email system allows customers to let you know if they cannot make an appointment, and make changes if needed.
To schedule an appointment, you need to:
- Go to 'Applications' in the left-hand menu
- Find the application for your consumer
- Select 'More' and then 'Book appointment' from the drop-down menu
- You'll need to fill out the status and date/time
- You can add a template or free type a note and add a replacement token (if needed)
- Learn how to set up templates
- 'Save changes'
- You can find booked appointments in the left-hand menu panel under 'Appointments.
