What are contacts used for?
Contacts are used to store information about the companies/individuals you work with.
These can be:
- A lender
- A dealer
- A lead introducer
- A sales representative out on the road
Contacts can also be linked to ‘Sources,’ such as your company website, a car dealer, or a Facebook enquiry.

How do I add a contact?
- Select 'Contacts' in the left-hand menu
- Select 'Add+' in the top right
- Complete the form with the person's details
- Select 'Save'
- You'll be able to add extra details after saving
How do I manage a contact?
- Select 'Contacts' in the left-hand menu
- You can browse the contacts list or search for a contact using the filter in the top right. Here you can filter by keyword, status, owner/account manager or list of accounts.
- Select the name of the contact you want to edit from the contact list
- You can then:

- Edit any details
- Add notes, which will be visible to your colleagues when dealing with a contact
- Upload documents for that contact, such as a credit report, proof of bank account, FCO (Financial Conduct Authority) / ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) license. To upload the documents, select browse and find them on your system.
- View the activity feed of any changes made to that contact on the right-hand side
