What are they used for?
Statuses on AutoConvert are used to show where an application/enquiry is in the sales journey.
To view statuses:
- Head to ‘Settings’ on the left-hand menu
- Select ‘Application’
- Go to ‘Statuses’
There are three main Statuses:
In Progress | A decision hasn't been made on the application yet |
Converted | A positive decision has been made on the application |
Dead | This can mean a customer has abandoned the process or has decided on another route |
Within the three main statuses, you can add your own sub-status to help further group the applications.
To add a sub-status:
- Select 'Add' on the top right-hand side
- Name the status
- Then set one of the three main statuses under 'Application Status' using the drop-down
- Select 'Save Changes'
Once a sub-status has been added, you can update it using the 'Update' button on the right-hand side.
A window will appear, then you'll be able to edit the following:
- Name
- Confirmation Message
- 'Allow to be set manually?'
- Sub-account access
You'll also be able to select whether you want the sub-status to be able to be manually changed when viewing an application. Sub-status' can also be changed from within an automation.
