- Select 'Applications' in the left-hand menu
- Select the application you want to add the note to
- Select 'Note' in the top right-hand panel
- If you want to add a template, you can do so from the drop-down menu under 'Templates'. Note templates are helpful if you have a note you use often. Learn how to create a note template
- If you want to type a message instead, you can free-type in the 'Notes' box
- Using the tick boxes, select who you want the note to be visible to
- Once you're happy, select 'Add note'
| Visible to Lender | The next time you send to an eligible lender, they'll be able to see it. |
| Visible to Introducer | The application will be visible to the introducer. |
| Generate warning from note | Ticking this will make the note visible at the very top of the application as a warning message. |
