How do I send a text via AutoConvert?

To send an SMS (text) via AutoConvert, follow the steps below:

1. Go to 'Applications'
2. Select the application you want to send the text to
3. Select 'SMS' in the top right menu
4. Select the recipient from the drop-down
5. Type the message you want to send
6. You can add 'Replacement Tokens' from the drop-down menu, which will help auto-populate some of the information from the application. For example:
   1. • 'Hi {Forename}, in the actual text messages to the customer, the forename will be replaced with the forename listed on the application
7. You can also insert a template rather than free-typing the message. To do this, use the 'Select Template' drop-down

8. Once complete, select 'Send' at the bottom
9. The sent message will show in the 'Activity Feed' on the application summary page
