For your claim to be valid, you must:
- Have confirmed the VIN for the check in your account before purchasing the vehicle
- Be claiming for issues with the data provided by us on the check
- Be within 24 months of when the check was completed (or 12 months if you're a Trade customer who pays for a monthly contract)
To make a claim under the data guarantee, contact our Vehicle Check Support Team.
Our dedicated support team will review your claim request. If the claim is valid, they'll send over the required form to complete.
Once you complete the form, the team will investigate this for you. They'll keep you updated every step of the way.
