When using Auto Trader, occasionally you may see an error message like 'We've hit a misfire, sorry about that' or a '404 error'.
To try and fix this here's some tips:
- Clear your cache and cookies in your browser settings
- Always wait until the page is fully loaded before you try to go back
- You may need to sign in again. Refresh the page and sign back in.
- Try a different internet browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge) or an incognito/private browsing tab
