When you view your deal in your account, it may look different depending on what stage you're at.
The deal has been placed and you can either 'complete' or 'cancel' your reservation. This is done by pressing the 'Get your £99' button and confirming whether or not you bought the car.
In Progress
The deal is 'in progress' so it has been started but a reservation has not been placed yet.
Vehicle has been reserved
The deal was in progress but meanwhile, somebody else has reserved it.
Complete
The deal has been placed and the £99 reservation fee has been paid.
