When you view your order in your account, it may look different depending on what stage you're at.
Order Placed
The order has been placed and you can either 'complete' or 'cancel' your reservation. This is done by pressing the 'Get your £99' button and confirming whether or not you bought the car.
In Progress
The order is 'in progress' so it has been started but a reservation has not been placed yet.
In Progress and Part Ex has expired
The order is 'in progress' so it has been started but no reservation placed, the part ex has expired as it has exceeded 7 days since the valuation was generated
Vehicle has been reserved
The order was in progress but meanwhile, somebody else has reserved it
Complete
The order has been placed and the dealer or consumer has marked the sale as complete
