How do I manage my Moves as a retailer?

You can access the system through Portal by selecting the "Moves" tab in the top toolbar.

Here you can select from your current Marketplace, Active moves, Completed moves and cancelled moves. You can also search for a vehicle or postcode.

In the Marketplace, you can see details of all your moves. This includes:
- Vehicle Identifier
- Vehicle Description
- Time remaining
- Leading offer
- Max price
- Offers
- Collection date
- Delivery date
- Collection postcode
- Delivery postcode
- Distance

Proof of Collection

Once your vehicle has been collected you can access the POC (Proof of Collection) document instantly.

Head to 'Moves' in Portal
Select 'Active Moves'
Select a move
Select 'View POC
The appraisal document will download showing the condition of the vehicle upon collection.

Proof of Delivery

Once your vehicle has been delivered you can access the POC (Proof of Collection) document instantly.

Head to 'Moves' in Portal
Select 'Completed Moves'

Select a move
Select 'View POD'
