Electric Vehicle guide for retailers and logistics for driven moves

Retailers 

• The retailer only has to pay for the wait time for charging an EV (Electric Vehicle) if it takes longer than 30 minutes.
• There must be enough charge in the vehicle to get to the nearest charging point. If not, the logistic company may abort the move. 

Logistics 

• When placing a bid on an EV make sure your bid is to cover the cost of charging the vehicle.
• You cannot abort the move if there is enough charge at the collection site to drive to the nearest charging point.
• If a vehicle is a hybrid, and the driver chooses to go electric, no wait time charges will be approved for the recharge.
• You can request the wait time by emailing the AT Moves team. Please include the retailer in the email.
