Can I try again to verify my identity?
In certain circumstances, you may be allowed to retry verification. If this is the case, a banner will show in the personal details section of your account.
If my identity checks fail, can you override it?
If the identity checks fail, and you're unable to try again, contact us.
We may be able to allow you to verify your ID through an alternative system, however, these are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
What happens to my live adverts if the identity checks fail?
Any live adverts will be deleted. We will give you a pro-rata refund for any time left on the adverts.
Can I ask someone else in my business or household to complete the checks on my behalf?
No, the account holder who is selling the vehicles should verify the account.
