From 29 November 2023, we are decommissioning all email addresses hosted by Fluent (our 3rd party partner). These email addresses will no longer be available. You may have a Fluent email address if you purchased an Auto Trader Dealer Website. As fewer and fewer retailers are now using this email service, we have decided to stop offering it.
Learn how to backup your email history
If you want to continue using your existing email address(es)
You will need to find a new provider to migrate these emails to. You can either:

Go to third-party provider: These providers will be able to guide you through the complete migration process and enable you to keep your existing email domain. This includes providers such as GoDaddy, Ionos and Liquid Web.

Go to self-service provider: These providers will allow you to migrate your existing email domain. You will need to complete the migration yourself. This includes providers such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Zoho Mail.

Continue using Fluent as a provider: Please contact Fluent Support to arrange this.
If you no longer want to use your existing email address(es)
You can create a new email address and/or domain through a provider of your choice.
Once you have a new email address, you need to contact us by emailing technical support.
We need to update our systems to make sure you continue to get leads via email.
