The reservation holding fee helps to secure the vehicle with the dealer. It's paid to Autotrader and held with Stripe (our payment provider).
The dealer doesn't get the reservation fee. It doesn't get taken off the price of the vehicle.
As soon as you let us know if you did or didn’t buy the vehicle, we will issue a refund of the £99 directly to you. If you don't let us know, the money will be automatically refunded back to you in seven days.
